Description

Several testcases failed with following steps: 

1) setup.sh  --machine intel-x86-64 --dl-layers --distro wrlinux

2). ./environment-setup-x86_64-wrlinuxsdk-linux

3). ./oe-init-build-env build_test 

4) vim conf/local.conf

IMAGE_INSTALL:append = " python3-psutil python3-psutil-tests"

5) bitbake wrlinux-image-std
6)  boot the target and run command: 

 python3 -m psutil.tests

Steps to Reproduce

1) setup.sh
 /lpg-build/cdc/fast_prod/WRLINUX_MASTER_WR/MASTER_WR_GIT/wrlinux-10/setup.sh  --machine intel-x86-64 --dl-layers --distro wrlinux

2). ./environment-setup-x86_64-wrlinuxsdk-linux

3). ./oe-init-build-env build_test 

4) vim conf/local.conf

IMAGE_INSTALL:append = " python3-psutil python3-psutil-tests"

5) bitbake wrlinux-image-std
6)  boot the target and run commands per problem description

 python3 -m psutil.tests
