1) --machines intel-x86-64 --distros wrlinux-ovp --dl-layers
2) . environment-setup-x86_64-wrlinuxsdk-linux 
   . oe-init-build-env build_service_c
3) bitbake-layers add-layer ../layers/wr-template
3) Edit conf/local.conf
   WRTEMPLATE += " feature/dummy-kernel"
   WR_SYSTEMD_CONTAINER_APPS = "apache2"
   WR_SYSTEMD_CONTAINER_ENABLE_SERVICES = "apache2.service"
4) bitbake wr-systemd-container
