Description

Can't find the documentation to disable the "time manipulation on boot or time epoch" from SystemD.

Since RCPL11, this is handled by parameter SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH on conf/local.conf. Refer to this defect: https://jira.wrs.com/browse/LIN1018-4382 as an antecedent.
