Description

The will be below do_fetch error, when build with branch WRLINUX_10_18_BASE and configuration "setup.sh --machines=xilinx-zynqmp --distros=wrlinux --dl-layers --templates feature/ostree --layers wr-ostree --repo-verbose --verbose --accept-eula=yes". 

ERROR: ostree-2019.1+gitAUTOINC+6649032a37-r0 do_fetch: Network access disabled through BB_NO_NETWORK (or set indirectly due to use of BB_FETCH_PREMIRRORONLY) but access requested with command LANG=C git -c core.fsyncobjectfiles=0 clone --bare --mirror git://github.com/ostreedev/ostree.git 
ERROR: ostree-2019.1+gitAUTOINC+6649032a37-r0 do_fetch: Function failed: base_do_fetch
NOTE: Tasks Summary: Attempted 500 tasks of which 449 didn't need to be rerun and 1 failed.

Steps to Reproduce

When configure with below command line.

1. git clone --branch WRLINUX_10_18_BASE git://pek-git.wrs.com/wrlinux-x w1018

2. ../w1018/setup.sh --machines=xilinx-zynqmp --distros=wrlinux --dl-layers --templates feature/ostree --layers wr-ostree --repo-verbose --verbose --accept-eula=yes

3. bitbake ostree
