Steps to Reproduce

 1. $../wrlinux-10/setup.sh --dl-layers --all-layers
  2. $source environment-setup-x86_64-wrlinuxsdk-linux && source oe-init-build-env 
  3. $bitbake-layers show-layers >list ; sed -n '4,$p' list | awk '\{print $2 }' > layerlist
  4. $ yocto-check-layer-wrapper  ../layers/meta-cgl --dependency `cat layerlist`
