1. configure --enable-board=qemux86-64 --enable-kernel=cgl --enable-rootfs=glibc-cgl --with-package=systemd-analyze
2. make fs
3. deploy the image and boot up the target
4. run:
# systemd-analyze --man=false verify /lib/systemd/system/halt-local.service
