This only fails on specific board, the workaround is to try on another board.
On host:
(1) # configure --enable-board=fsl-e500mc --enable-kernel=cgl --enable-rootfs=glibc-cgl --with-template=feature/cut --enable-build=profiling
(2) # make fs
On target:
1) # cd /opt/cut
2) # ./cgl_test.sh -e prf.1.6
