Steps to Reproduce

configure for a CGL project that also includes the CUT feature template.

../wrlinux-5/wrlinux/configure --enable-board=intel-xeon-core --enable-kernel=cgl --enable-rootfs=glibc-cgl --enable-parallel-pkgbuilds=10 --enable-jobs=5 --with-template=feature/cut --enable-reconfig --with-rcpl-version=auto
