Description

Fixed a bug when -O2 is in sysroot path, for example:

$ . oe-init-build-env build-O2

$ bitbake libgcrypt

random/rndjent.c:40:10: fatal error: stdio.h: No such file or directory

Steps to Reproduce

Build Host is Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS

git clone --branch WRLINUX_10_24_LTS [http://tpe-lxgit.wrs.com/release/WRL10_24/WRLinux-lts-24-Core/wrlinux-x]
wrlinux-x/setup.sh --machines qemux86-64 --dl-layers --distro wrlinux --template feature/ostree
bitbake core-image-minimal wrlinux-image-small wrlinux-image-std ovmf
