Description

remove ffmpeg PACKAGECNFIG from qtmultimedia_git.bb using bbappend.

The current approach is not very flexible (see layers/wrlinux commit log: "layer.conf: remove ffmpeg PACKAGECONFIG from qtmultimedia_git.bb").

We will revisit this in future updates.
