Description

Warnings Occurring During Startup, e.g.:

[    8.817003] failing symbol_get of non-GPLONLY symbol fpapf_com.
[    8.817852] failing symbol_get of non-GPLONLY symbol fpapf_com.
[    8.818722] failing symbol_get of non-GPLONLY symbol rst_com.

We need to backport "octeontx-83: Export symbols using EXPORT_SYMBOL_GPL" to LTS22 to fix this.
