Description
In LTS21, it looks like 'spi-zynqmp-gqspi.c' in RCPL 21 is different from RCPL 20. Certain commits that were supposedly reverted do not appear to be correctly reverted. This causes an "unhandled IRQ #45" error when doing QSPI transfers.
