Description

The patch provides a an update of the kexec code that resolves the issue wherein one builds a kernel with CONFIG_KEXEC enabled and executes the following from the command line:

kexec -l --command-line=
kexec -e

All that was seen following this was… "Starting new Kernel" and nothing else.
