The lamplite.zip file expands into a Product_2 directory structure which is the layer that is created in the use case. The top of this layer also includes the lamplite.pdf file which is the procedure you use to create the layer and use the application.
Unzip the lamplite.zip file in a directory location you can reference from your configure command line. This will create the directory/layer named Product_2. In that location, open the lamplite.pdf file and follow the procedure to see how to create the Web app. You can use the layer provided or follow the instructions to create your own layer.
