Requires Wind River Linux 4.3 to be installed.
1. Unzip this patch under [install_dir]/updates
2. From the [install_dir]/updates directory, run the command "../maintenance/wrInstaller/x86-linux2/wrInstaller"
3. Follow the instructions for installing the point patch.
4. Cd [install_dir]/wrlinux-4/ldat; autoreconf --install --force
5. Create a new project, and then build toolchain from source code.
