Description

The tar command is not available by default with Wind River Linux Security Profile.

Workaround

Install bzip2 on the target manually.

Steps to Reproduce

1)configure  --enable-board=qemux86-64 --enable-rootfs=secure-core --enable-kernel=secure

2)make fs

3)make start-target

4)echo test > test

5)tar -jcvf test.tar.bz2 test
