When the system is configured to disable known-weak encryption using feature/disable-weak-encryption, the xmlsec1 package does not compile. This is because that package makes use of known-insecure encryption algorithms for some purpose (but not necessarily in an insecure way).
do not include feature/disable-weak-encryption if xmlsec1 is needed.
1)configure --enable-test=yes --enable-board=qemux86-64 --enable-rootfs=secure-core --enable-kernel=secure
2)make xmlsec1
