ca-certificates lacking important root CAs

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure a project with the "ca-certificates" package
2. make -C build ca-certificates
3. cd build/ca-certificates/sysroot-destdir/
4. find . -name *crt
This will show the certificates currently available in WRL6.
