Severity: Standard
Applicable for: Wind River Linux 5
Component/s: BSP - Async

Description

6.1.3 Usage and verification
	$ modprobe intel_cln_uart ---no such module
	or
	$ modprobe intel_cln_uart enable_msi=0 ---no such module

This driver registers:

	/dev/ttyCLN0 ---no such device
	/dev/ttyCLN1 ---no such device
6.2.2 Usage and verification
The commands below demonstrate how to drive a signal to the first NC-GPIO:

	$ echo 0 > /sys/class/gpio/export # Reserve first NC-GPIO
	$ echo "out" > /sys/class/gpio/gpio0/direction # Set as output --- No such file
	$ echo "1" > /sys/class/gpio/gpio0/value # Drive logical one  --- No such file

6.4.2 Usage and verification

Once loaded, the master SPI driver will populate entries in /dev as follows:

	/dev/spidev0.0 -- No such device on both cross hill-z and clanton hill
	/dev/spidev0.1 -- No such device on both cross hill-z and clanton hill
	/dev/spidev1.0 -- No such device on clanton hill
	/dev/spidev1.1 -- No such device on clanton hill

6.8.3 Usage and verification
The standard Linux commands ip or vconfig can be used to add or remove hardware
accelerated VLAN tag filtering entries in STMMAC. The following commands
demonstrate how to add VLAN #5:

	$ modprobe 8021q
	$ vconfig add eth0 5 -- No vconfig command on std linux, but yes if IDP project added feature/vlan
	$ ifconfig eth0.5 xxx.yyy.zzz.qqq

Once setup is complete, VLAN frames with tag ID 5 will be processed by
Intel Quark SoC while other ethernet frames with different tags are not
being processed by hardware and not raising interrupts to the core.

To remove a hardware filtered VLAN interface, enter the command:

	$ vconfig rem eth0.5 -- No vconfig command on std linux, but yes if IDP project added feature/vlan

6.15.2 Usage and verification
/sys/bus/iio/devices/iio:device1/in_current[0/1]_inst_en --No such file both cross hill and clanton
/sys/bus/iio/devices/iio:device1/scan_elements/in_voltage[0/1]_inst_en --No such file both cross hill and clanton
/sys/bus/iio/devices/iio:device1/in_current[0/1]_rms_en --No such file both cross hill and clanton
/sys/bus/iio/devices/iio:device1/in_voltage[0/1]_rms_raw --No such file both cross hill and clanton

6.18.2 Usage and verification
Device discovery:

	$ hciconfig <BT DEVICE NAME> noscan ---move this line down since it would be fail if bt device down status.
	$ hciconfig <BT DEVICE NAME> up ---move this line up
