When running the package manager, there are two confusing warning messages. They do not affect the execution, but they can look like a problem to the user.

1) The "" script puts a false error on the command line:

ln: failed to create symbolic link `./org.eclipse.swt.gtk.linux.x86_3.7.1.v3738a.jar': Permission denied

2) In the GUI, if there are no installed packages yet, you will see this error while the GUI is fetching the package data:

  Action: Fetching Installed Data...

  Command: cat

cat: no such file or directory

ignore these warnings.

Steps to Reproduce

Start the package manager tool on a project not yet built.

Observe the two warnings.
